Sunday Dinner: Ratatouille on a Hope Platter.
That time when I decided to eat uni as a pre-dinner snack. I guess that’s what Sundays are good for.
Spring: when colors return (and white wine.)
Catherine and me ate roasted branzino.
Inspiration…..This is a #gwenyth recipe. (it had to be done!)
How it goes…
In a bowl mix-
Lime or lemon juice
Maple or agave syrup
Salt and Pepper
Pour mixture over outside of fish, and inside cavity.
Slice oranges, place those in fish cavity.
Roast for 25 mins at 350 degrees.
Saturday lunch in the garden, post LONG run.
